that ever fewer people are prepared to 'LANDLORD'
I dont blame the tenants for this kind of behaviour,
because Nobody is ever to blame for their behaviour...
Nor do i blame the Government or should that be the MisGovernment?
for they Are elected by The 'People'
That leaves only...Me...So I am to blame...
for giving them so many chances to catch up with the rent
& for waiting till they where So far behind in their rent
& for making a minor clerical error in the eviction form so the judge
dismissed the case and I had to start the 6 week process again What Fun !
I finaly got by house back when police evicted them 2024-02-15
What is Department of Child Welfare thinking letting children grow up like this
Has a separate restaurant leased at $455pw
House would rent for 550+ if renovated - need to spend 30000+
Corner position with commercial zoning 100m from beach, can see ocean from patio & living.
Rates 6750 per year.
Aircons to living and both bedrooms.
Bedrooms have huge built-in wardrobes with mirror doors.
