Apartment is the downstairs level and entirely private and separate. I am sorry but there are no private inspections or videos, and just two inspection periods as advised.
Three room + bathroom, robe, kitchen and deck. Fully self contained half house in dream setting. Full lower level and internal staircase is sealed off. Faces NE, high on Mt Coolum at the top of a cul de sac and in an established forest teaming with birdlife. Ocean glimpses and ocean breezes. Small lawn and large covered deck.
Very private and completely separate from main house upstairs. Polished floors and higher ceilings and very quiet. A fresh bathroom with two vanities and shower. Never used for holiday accommodation. laundry and drying facilities also on site. Suit single or couple but definitely only One single carpark. Pool are for use. I would prefer a long term lease. Unfurnished.
I am very sorry but I will not accept pets because I have a sweet old golden retriever. No smoking on site thankyou. I also fix a levy of $25 a week to cover power and water services. Definitely only one on-site car park. please note this is a private rental but is secured with a legal contract.
