Furniture will selected by our interior designers to be a balance of both practical, comfortable and modern. It will be fitted out as would an AirBnB with all the needed comforts. Although we will not be servicing the apartment like an AirBnB or hotel, we do have cleaners that can be booked in
for one time cleans as needed. 4 weeks rent is still required as a deposit, and 1 week before departure an inspection will take place. Inspections for longer term leases will happen every 3-4 months. Although you are not required to connect electricity, water & internet, usage will be billed at the end of each 3 months. We will provide proof of the bill so you can rest assured you are paying supplier prices.
